Front of House Customer Service

Based in Rosebery

High and Dry is a fun Burger and Beer joint dripping in 90s nostalgia located in Rosebery, Leichhardt and our sister store Fat Belly Jack’s in Newtown.

We pride ourselves on our unique weekly specials, diverse burger and beer menu and our eclectic retro decor complete with original cartoon themes and old favourite game machines.

We currently require an experienced and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendant to join our busy front-of-house team at High N Dry - Rosebery.

If you’ve got solid experience in customer service working in a fast paced environment, know your way around a bar and food service environment, and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences — this could be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities

As a team member, you’ll be expected to:

- Take customer orders and deliver food and drinks with friendly confidence and professionalism
- Operate POS systems and process payments accurately
- Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages (NSW RSA required)
- Provide advice on menu items, including food and beverage pairing
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation for yourself and in front-of-house areas adhering to Food Safety and WHS requirements
- Set up and reset tables, and assist with opening/closing duties
- Work across multiple service areas (bar, floor) as needed

Able to work evenings and weekends

What You Bring
- Minimum 6 months hospitality experience in a similar role
- Valid RSA (NSW) required
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- A positive, friendly customer-focused attitude
- Confidence in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with basic cocktail service would be highly regarded

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $24.95 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
