Console Operator/customer Service

Padstow, Australia Metro Petroleum Full time

Metro Petroleum is looking for experienced and reliable Console Operators to join our team at our Padstow location. We are seeking individuals who can start immediately and thrive in a fast-paced customer service environment.

Job Responsibilities:

- Operate the fuel station console, including processing sales and handling cash/card transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with inquiries and purchases.
- Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and store policies.
- Work independently and efficiently during shifts.

Job Requirements:

- Previous experience as a console operator or in a retail/customer service role is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, well-presented, and able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions and stock control.
- Availability for immediate start and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $25.41 - $39.98 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Padstow, NSW 2211: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
