We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our small and dynamic team based in Belrose on the Sydney Northern Beaches.

Permanent Full Time Monday
- Friday. Immediate Start.

About Us:
Milkbar is a rapidly growing ecommerce and distributor to 500+ retailers throughout Australia and we are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator who is passionate about breastfeeding and marketing to help support and grow our community of mums.

**Responsibilities**:

- Content Creation
- help create content alongside our inhouse Graphic Designer and Ecommerce Manager
- Content Management
- promote across all our social platforms (facebook, instagram & tiktok)
- Help build our community across our platforms and engage with followers and customers
- Coordinate collaborations with influencers and brand ambassadors to increase our brand awareness and sales
- Creating landing pages and blog articles
- Create reports to monitor KPIs

Skills & Experience:

- Have a minimum of 2 years experience working in digital marketing with a product based ecommerce brand. Can provide a portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication is a must. Copywriting experience is highly desirable.
- Knowledge and experience with organic content creation on social media platforms
- Must be passionate about supporting breastfeeding mums. Personal parenting experience is a bonus
- Ability to connect with other new mums and show compassion with mums facing breastfeeding challenges
- Must be confident with talking on camera to execute social media campaigns

This position is open to Australian permanent residents only. This is not a remote only role. Our team works from our Belrose office in the Northern Beaches in Sydney.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Signing bonus
