- About the roleIn this role, you will be responsible for driving customer research to deliver actionable insights and supporting other teams in understanding our customers, their needs and wants, to enable the business to deliver great customer led experiences. You will identify ways to bring insights into the business to form part of the human centred design framework, working with stakeholders on enhancing the experiences that foster customers loving Zurich and wanting to stay with us.

Working as a part of a squad, you will manage customer listening points and research projects for the retail business including Net Promoter Score (NPS) programs, customer communities and targeted research initiatives. Collaborating with stakeholders across the business you will use your expertise to continuously learn from how customers interact and view experiences to refine how we can make experiences more impactful.
- Important to your success- Demonstrated experience within a similar role, specifically working in customer research, with strong skills in NPS programs, coordinating customer data and feedback across business listening points, and research techniques to suit desired outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of data collection techniques and measurement frameworks to ensure we are capturing the voice of the customer completely and measuring outcomes against agreed objectives.
- Ability to use data sources to turn information into usable insight for the business, supporting customer led decisions and experience design.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders in customer insights to drive actions that deliver better outcomes for customers.
