**Your New Opportunity**

Reporting to the Data and Strategy Director, the CX Research Analyst will work with clients to identify opportunities for product and process improvement, and present findings and recommendations to ensure that priorities are responsive to customer feedback.

The CX Research Analyst is responsible for establishing a research platform for the agency to house, organise and share all client, market and product research across our portfolio.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Understand business objectives and collecting data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidating information into actionable items, reports and presentations
- Compiling and analysing statistical data using modern and traditional methods and providing qualitative and quantitative analysis on key customer cohorts, product and industry specifications
- Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation
- Conducting user research and testing, understanding user psychology to create personas and developing wireframes and task flows based on user needs
- Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
- Tracking customer experiences across online and offline channels, devices, and touchpoints.
- Collaborating with IT developers, as well as the production, marketing, and sales teams to enhance customer services and brand awareness.

**About You**
- Degree in Research, Statistics, Marketing or related field
- Proven Market Research Analysis experience, both qualitative and quantitative with knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys
- Excellent knowledge of statistical packages (SPSS, SAS or similar), databases and MS Office
- Search engines, web analytics and business research tools acumen will be beneficial.
- Working knowledge of data warehousing, modelling and mining
- Strong ability to translate research insights into actionable recommendations with strong persuasive writing and presentation skills
- Passionate about creating excellent customer experiences
