**The role**:
This role will suit a switched-on quantitative researcher and analyst with strong analytics capabilities. With a genuine love for numbers and a fascination with what makes people tick, you will drive the analysis, reporting and insight generation for your clients. You will work on a range of projects (predominantly in the CX space), and be the expert on what tools to use, how to develop new dashboards and integrate the latest technologies.

**What will you need?**
- Agency-side primary research experience with skills in quantitative research, including survey design and analysis of survey data
- Advanced skills in Q or SPSS
- Able to write clear, impactful reports
- Experience working with customer satisfaction/NPD is highly desirable but not essential
- A great personality You will be joining a small team of down to earth analytical thinkers with a positive attitude and sense of humour
