**The Opportunity**:
As our
**Project Administrator and Document Controller**, you will work with our dedicated Project Team to provide project administration and document control assistance. You will play a key role in supporting our multi-disciplinary engineering team with the delivery of small, medium and large scale projects both within Australia and abroad

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assisting Project Managers and members of the project team with procurement and the ongoing development of reporting tools and templates.
- Transmitting approved deliverables to the project team, clients and
third parties, using a variety of document control platforms including
TeamBinder, SharePoint, Assai and Scenario.
- Maintaining project document registers ensuring that information is
accurate and up to date and expediting document review/approval.
- Overseeing the maintenance and filing of daily site diaries and ensuring they are submitted in a timely and concise manner
- General administrative duties and assisting the Administration Manager as required.
**About You**:
- Previous experience in a project administration role within an engineering consultancy or EPC company.
- Tertiary qualification (Certificate / Diploma / Bachelor) in business
administration (preferred but not essential).
- Preferably will have an understanding of projects within the oil & gas, petrochemical, water and wastewater industries.
- Document control experience is essential (ideally gained from within a professional services / consulting environment).
- Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages such as
Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
