Control Room Supervisor

**Job Title: Security Control Room Operator**
**Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Every Sunday)**
**Rate: $28 per hour**
**Location: Chullora**

We are currently seeking a **Security Control Room Operator** to join our team every Sunday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. This role is perfect for individuals who are detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and proactive in responding to security situations. Key Responsibilities:

- **Monitor CCTV Cameras**: Vigilantly observe security camera feeds focused on the city rail train line and the building you are stationed at, ensuring any suspicious activity is reported immediately.
- **Incident Response**: If any unusual or suspicious activity is observed, contact the police immediately and escalate as necessary.
- **Foot Patrols**: Conduct hourly foot patrols of the container holding yard, ensuring all areas are secure.
- **QR Checkpoint Scanning**: During foot patrols, scan designated QR checkpoints throughout the guardhouse area.
- **Body Tracker Usage**: Wear a body tracker that is tracked every 30 seconds and send data to the control room in Strathfield. Ensure it remains on during all patrols.
- **Sign-In Protocol**: Upon arrival, sign into the guardhouse and the on-site sign-in system for accurate reporting and tracking.

**Requirements**:

- **NSW Security License** is required.
- **First Aid Certification** is required.
- A valid **Resume** outlining your relevant experience.
- Ability to adhere to safety protocols and remain alert throughout the shift.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.

- **Induction** will be provided once the position is confirmed, ensuring you are fully prepared for the role and responsibilities.
- The position requires consistent availability every Sunday, with a shift from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
