**About the role**:
Home Care Workers are a vital part of our community, based at our
**Stafford service, **this great career opportunity, offers job security in a growing industry. Home Care Workers provide valuable care and support that assist our older population to live their best lives in their own homes.

Based in the community you will enjoy consistency working with regular clients, developing relationships while providing care and support based on each client's individual needs.

Some of the duties are: assisting with personal grooming and hygiene, medication assistance, transport, social inclusion and domestic duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- A practical understanding of hygiene assistance and commitment of care
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Disability Services or similar field
- National Police Certificate (working with vulnerable people)
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Full Covid vaccination evidence
- Hepatitis B & Tetanus immunisations
- Queensland Drivers Licence and your own, reliable vehicle
