Our clients represent the full spectrum of ages, cultures, personalities, and abilities. Neta Care provides child services, disability support, aged care support, and allied health services in homes and communities across the Southeast Queensland region.

Our Disability and Aged Care support teams provide personal care, domestic assistance, community access, travel, in-home support, and group activities for our clients. Our Child and Youth Services team facilitate, supervise, and report on child services contacts, transport clients to appointments, and mentor youth.

**Current role**

We are seeking staff to support a proud indigenous man with complex mental health and seizure conditions. Staff must be comfortable with a variety of animals, as our client loves his pets. The role is based on the north-side of Brisbane. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are encouraged to apply. Mental health experience or training will be favourably considered.

**Required Certifications**
- Certificate III in Individual Support (or other relevant Community Services qualification or equivalent industry or personal experience) and/or
- Experience in community services or related field or relevant personal experience
- Blue card*
- Yellow card or NDIS Worker Screening Check*
- Current first aid and CPR certificates*
- Driver’s licence
- Roadworthy, insured vehicle

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $41.50 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Travel reimbursement

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stafford QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
