Canterbury League Club is currently seeking an experienced, energetic and customer focused **Food and Beverage Supervisor** to join our fun and friendly team.

**About the role**:
Showcase your leadership skills and contribute to growing and developing our talented team, whilst overseeing the daily operations of our various Food and Beverage outlets within our iconic venue.

Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinating the daily functions of Food and Beverage services, ensuring an efficient operation
- Leading and motivating staff to perform at their best
- Assisting in training and coaching team members
- Ensuring processes, policies, and procedures are always followed
- Providing exceptional customer service as well as customer service recovery
- Actively promoting and ensuring a safe work environment
- Adopting the Canterbury values in your everyday actions and inspiring others to do the same

**About you**:

- Previous experience in a similar environment at Supervisor level
- Outstanding customer relations and employee engagement skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to solve problems
- Self-motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Current NSW RSA & RSG Competency Card (essential)
