Building mature technology practices is very important to RACV and we are looking for bright, hardworking and enthusiastic team members to join the team to help us achieve our delivery roadmap and strengthen our capabilities.

**About the Opportunity**

The DevOps (CI/CD) Lead is responsible for the design and delivery of continuous integration / continuous delivery processes, practices, and platforms across a hybrid delivery practice of Agile and Waterfall projects using SAAS, Cloud and on-prem environments.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Look for and implement constant improvements to the ways of working and how teams interact within them
- Drive and align CI/CD tools and processes with best practices while managing alongside RACV project, operations and change management teams.
- Maintain processes, policies, standards, guidelines and governance for both CI/CD operations and for work of developers
- On-board/ train and support developers from source control, through build automation, merge resolution, CI, test automation, deployment based on tools usage and policies, standards.
- Drive cultural shift towards DevOps and SRE style delivery practices in a hybrid style environment and empower teams to support themselves.
- Drive implementation of infrastructure as code where capability possibilities are identified

**What you’ll need to be successful**
- Bachelor's Degree in either Computer Science, Cloud Computing, Mathematics, Computer Systems, or equivalent experience

If you have most of the following experiences but not all, please apply:

- 4+ years’ experience in DevOps environment
- Experience operating in an environment supporting management, development, architecture, and testing all at the same time
- DevOps in a Salesforce environment (SF Communities, Heroku, FinancialForce) with MuleSoft integration.
- Hand-on experience and knowledge of Azure (or AWS) Services and Standards
- Experience in working on DevSecOps capability with SonarQube, PMD and the implementation of security patterns and standards.
- Atlassian tools integration (Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, etc)

The Following experiences in a mid to large sized corporate environment
- Clear understanding of delivery SDLC value chain in an Agile world, including - but not limited to - Release Management, Environment Management, Test Management & Change Management processes and procedures
- Experience in integrating code quality, automation testing framework and performance monitoring tools like SonarQube, selenium, etc.
- Experience in implementing and defining governance framework around pipelines.
- Experience in deploying and managing code base for production servers.
