Large well known Government Department seeking a Program Scheduler to assist the Program Management Team with the development and implementation of deliverables and service requirements.

**Duties**:

- Assist in creation, implementation and utilisation and provide scheduling briefings.
- Program of Work upkeep through imparting key information requirements.
- Undertake analysis to determine resource and time estimates to develop supporting schedules.
- Build centralised schedule which incorporates all deliverables, services and Executive work packages.
- Contribute to Program Management Team’s development of recommendations in relation to task acceptance and prioritisation.
- Develop and maintain a dashboard to provide accurate data as to task and resource status.
- Contribute to strategic planning, through imparting schedule analysis.

**Skills Required**:

- 5 + years relevant experience in working with project schedules.
- Experience in scheduling using Microsoft Project Professional.
- Background and experience in large and complex programs.
- Well-developed understanding of contemporary PM methodologies coupled with proven understanding of Project Controls, Scheduling and Risk Management.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels and across the customer/contractor boundaries.
- Demonstrate skillsets in executive level project reporting and a thorough understanding of project financial management.
