MAYDAY Recruitment is currently seeking a part-time Team Assistant who can be the heartbeat of the office, making a positive cultural contribution, fostering an uplifting atmosphere, and providing support to a team of senior managers within an award-winning Health Insurance Company

- **Contract**: While initially a 2-3-month contract, this role has strong potential for extension

**_What will you be doing?_**
- **Efficient Meeting Management**: Organise meetings and secure suitable meeting rooms to ensure smooth and productive interactions.
- **Streamlined Communication**: Manage correspondence directed to managers, ensuring timely and effective communication channels.
- **Professional Reports and Presentations**: Craft polished reports and dynamic presentations using PowerPoint, showcasing your attention to detail and communication skills.
- **Team Events and Travel Arrangements**: Orchestrate team events, business functions, and travel arrangements, ensuring smooth coordination and execution.
- **Expense Management for the Wider Team**: Efficiently handle expenses for the broader team.
- **General ADHOC Duties for the Team**: Provide support to the team as needed to ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations.
- Creating Compelling PowerPoint Presentations and Slide Decks.

**_What experience will you have?_**
- **Tech Savvy**: Demonstrating advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and other relevant software, with knowledge of Concur being desirable.
- **Outstanding Organisational and Time Management Skills**: Excelling in efficiently organizing and managing time.
- **Effective Collaboration with Business Executives**: Proficiently working alongside business leaders.
- **Flexibility and Adaptability**: Demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
