**About the Role**
This role will play a pivotal role in developing, coaching, and driving the performance of your teams whilst building a supportive culture at sites.
**This position is being offered on a full time, ongoing basis located across our Perth South Region covering our Cannington, Fremantle and Gosnells sites.**
**About You**
To be successful in the role you will be able to:
- Work effectively with a culturally diverse range of people, employers and staff;
- Effectively prove your strong knowledge of industry and the labour market;
- Prove your ability to motivate and develop positive relationships with all stakeholders including staff;
- Demonstrate strong task and time management with attention to detail and data integrity;
- Ensure administration requirements and reports are accurate and up to date and provide reports and other information to management as required; and
- Demonstrate strong computer literacy with Microsoft Office suite, including the ability to type 30 words per minute.
You will also be required to:
- Hold a current drivers’ licence;
- Have at least three years experience in Employment Services; and
- Have a minimum Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development.
