Venue Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and maintain a consistent and high-quality standard of customer service through means of leading by example in a hands on capacity
- Manage floor and bar staff to ensure a service delivery that caters to an exceptional experience
- Ensure the presentation of the venue is of the highest quality and standard
- Manage the venue’s social media platforms and implement strategies to grow our presence
- Management of functions
- Continual upskilling and training & development of our team
- Liaison with our Head Chef to facilitate the delivery of consistent and quality food and beverage
- Recruitment and staff management
- Stocktake and inventory management
The Role:
- Full time role
- Pay rate above award-grade; salary is negotiable based upon experience
- Overseeing 3-4 duty managers and 20-30 casual/part time staff
- Annual bonus structure based upon meeting KPI’s
The Venue:
- Serving modern Australia cuisine
- Drinks list boasting international tap beers, Australian wines & specialty coffee
- Operating 9am-9pm Mon-Sat; 11am-9pm Sun
- 20+ employees
**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
