**About the role**

This is a static role local within the Gold Coast region, working at one of our large industrial retail sites.

Day to day this role will be customer facing and will involve routine troubleshooting, testing, repairs, and maintenance on air conditioning systems.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Routine troubleshooting
- Testing repairs and maintenance on air conditioning systems
- Taking ownership of problems and following through to resolution
- Focusing on high standards of quality, delivery excellence whilst
exceeding customer service expectations
- Involvement in growing our sales, increasing our market share and growing the net profitability of our company

**Requirements**:
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who are, proactive, professional, punctual, well presented and possess a can-do attitude.

As a minimum you must have:

- A high level of communication skills (oral and written)
- Knowledge of quality assurance procedures
- Customer focused
- Experience with HVAC systems and comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Cert 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
- Air-conditioning and refrigeration Supervisors licence
- Current and valid Australian driver's licence
