GR Design and Construct is a growing dynamic “hardscaping”/landscaping business centred on the delivery and installation of a large range of innovative outdoor infrastructure products and projects to State and Local Government, as well as Developer organisations. GR prepares and builds most of its products in its onsite Noble Park factory.

As a key team member your responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining work progress against strict timelines
- Work safely within a team environment be an OH&S focussed champion
- Current drivers and fork-lift licences essential
- Sanding and preparing timber for paint
- Painting
- Labouring duties as required
- Manual handling and heavy lifting
- Truck driving/site deliveries
- An aptitude to strong organisational, planning and time management
- Attention to detail, with both interpretation and output
- Has pride in workmanship, Self-motivated, reliable, hardworking, committed, and willing to work within a team.

The future focus is to continue grow and expand GR Design and Construct into a leader in the “hardscape” market arena, by delivering excellent innovative solutions and options, plus providing quality products and installation services.

**Salary**: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
