Boss Aluminium is an Australian designer and manufacturer of commercial and recreational 4x4 vehicle accessories. All Boss products are built in-house at our facilities in Bayswater North and Kilsyth South, and demand for our premium, best-in-class products is surging.

With a very busy end of year period, we are in need of some extra assistance to see out our pre-Christmas commitments and help get us ahead in 2025.

**We’re looking for**:

- Factory Hand

**The Role**

**Factory Hand**:

- Operating hand tools and Fladder Machine.
- Assist in the preparation of all products to proceed through production.
- Work safely and maintain workshop tools and equipment.
- Ensure a clean working environment.
- Other general tasks required of a factory hand.

**Advantageous Qualifications**:

- Forklift License.
- Manual Driver's License.

Wage determined by experience and skill level.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
