Let's talk about your role:
You will work with the Feature Lead and report to the Engagement Manager, who will be a part of the Management Leadership team for the Account. There is a functional reporting line back to the Client Program Manager which allocates tasks to the Feature Lead.

You will also work with the Client Feature Team Delivery Lead and Product Owner. The role will work with Agile delivery squads to deliver business outcomes. This will require both IT delivery and business objective success and will require synchronization of work, value and outcomes across the business and IT.

You will bring best practice support to teams and be involved in setting up governance and oversee the delivery program with the various leads.

The following are your key obligations as a Agile Scrum Master
- Mentor and coach agile delivery across teams
- Perform the role of Scrum Master to Delivery teams and promote self organization
- Proactively Monitor and intervene to ensure consistent delivery disciplines are undertaken and proper governance and measures are in place/followed
- Support delivery and align them to value stream release trains
- Oversight and support delivery outcomes

Let’s talk about your responsibilities:

- Help establish persistent delivery teams;
- Facilitate agile delivery based on the organisations agile delivery approach
- Work with delivery teams, business stakeholders and product owners to break down work
- Help prioritise iterative incremental delivery of business value and manage any re-prioritisation if the program changes
- Support engineering managers and value stream leads to plan for work;
- With the Value Steam Lead, help drive analysis and engagements with stakeholders;
- Provide resource and financial forecasts based on the delivery pipeline;
- As a part of Scrum rituals - organize and facilitate feature/epic estimation, sprint planning and delivery showcases,
- Coach on maintain JIRA Hygiene, and prioritise and assign tasks to team member;
- Promote Agile way of working amongst team members;
- As a part of the role, have the ability to build productive team culture and dynamics
- As a part of the role, coach teams for performance and build a “high performance” culture
- Working with the Value Stream Lead ensure team is working at capacity;
- Work as a part of a team, driving a strong culture of good cross team communication and ways of working
- Have an ability to facilitate alternative solution approaches using a consultative style and obtain agreed consensus across a broad stakeholder group
- Proven experience in building and managing communities of Practice
- Foster adoption of proven best practice in Agile from Industry
- Work with teams to set up delivery measures, baseline them and drive to continuous improvement
- Have the ability to influence and change if required existing delivery practices to allow efficient business value delivery
- Clear obstacles and impediments blocking the team and protect the team from external interruptions and distractions;
- Demonstrate deep experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Track record in delivery by leading through engagement, influencing stakeholders, motivating others and foster synergy
- Have strong communication skills
- Successfully implement program/value stream delivery
- Be able to establish delivery measures/metrics

The following qualifications would be advantageous:

- Project Management Certification
- Agile/SCRUM Certification
- Education level - Degree in Computer Science or related field;
- 10 years of project/program management experienc
