At Medibank we’re encouraged to think big. We have a clear purpose to impact better health outcomes for our customers, patients and our community.
We celebrate diversity of thought because we want to make better decisions for our customers. As we work towards our goal of better health for better lives, we value the knowledge and contribution of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders. We are working hard to create an inclusive workplace and develop Indigenous careers.
**About Us**:
Join our dedicated team committed to realizing the power of community in delivering the health vision for our people and customers. **Your Impact**:
Empowering the Regional Team: Your secret sauce is empowerment. You will nurture a team that feels empowered and capable, encouraging both direct and indirect reports to reach their full potential.
Expanding Reach & Relationships: You are the maker of meaningful connections. Strengthening our ties within the community is your specialty.
Building Trust & Engagement: Trust is the cornerstone of our success. You will build bridges and cultivate lasting relationships.
Streamlining Health Journeys: Your mission is to simplify the complex. Facilitating health journeys and connection to the health fund for our community is your passion.
Addressing Regional Needs: With your ear to the ground, you will listen to the community's pulse, identifying and addressing their evolving needs.
**Position Requirements**:
Leadership Legend: Embrace Capability Framework and lead with innovation and inspiration, creating an environment for your team to reach their full potential.
Problem-solving Wizard: Don't just see problems; envision solutions and bring them to life.
Communication Maestro: Your words resonate with empathy, clarity, and confidence, fostering active listening and constructive feedback.
Culture Catalyst: Your leadership fosters an 'operational excellence' and 'innovative' culture, celebrating success and acknowledging contributions with genuine appreciation.
Compliance Champion: Ensure adherence to regulatory legislation, internal policies, and procedures, upholding commitment to compliance and safeguarding sensitive information, maintaining trust with discretion.
Policy & Procedure Navigator: Proficient in internal and industry policies, ensuring high-quality standards and customer-centric procedures.
To apply, please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your experience and how you align with our mission.
