- Provides leadership, coaching & technical support to the technical leads and technical consultants within their region including direct management
- Inputs into Global PS Engineering strategies and process improvements; Help shape and execute regional engineering strategies
- Liaise with engineering counterparts and stakeholders at customers
- Drives engineering process adherence working closely with technical leads to ensure governance is established across projects
- Contributes to delivering development efficiencies and quality improvements across all projects in their region to increase delivery velocity
- Promotes a team culture and aids building the PS technical community, ensuring collaboration and communication channels are open through knowledge sharing, hackathons and townhalls
- Represents PS Delivery requirements from a technical and delivery perspective with R&D Platform & Innovation and Customer Engineering departments
- Responsible for driving the improvement of the PS development toolkit, leading the way in identifying areas of improvement and managing analysis, design and implementation of new tooling for PS developers
- Contributes and owns sections of the technical stream of the Knowledge Base ensuring accuracy of content, allocating areas of ownership and responsible for governing use and adherence across PS delivery technical community

**Experience**:

- Technical Lead experience in Fenergo is highly desirable
- 3+ years of Technical Lead experience in software projects
- Strong leadership, team management and individual mentoring skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience of all aspects of software project life cycles from requirements gathering, through design, development and implementation

**About You**:

- Strong consulting experience within the financial services industry in a client-facing role.
- Client-facing experience is essential including delivering presentations and product demonstrations, running workshops and managing client’s expectations.
- Experience working within the Client Lifecycle Design & Management sector (such as Client-onboarding, due diligence [AML, CDD, KYC] and offboarding)
- Experience of delivering complex business or technology solutions, from gathering requirements to designing solutions.
- Experience of software development lifecycle practices.
- An understanding of compliance processes and workflows within the financial services industry advantageous.
- Expertise in industry standard modelling tools and methods.
- Good knowledge of IT systems, architectures and terminology.
- Proficient in offering design solutions.
