**The Role**

Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, you will be the core support person for the Customer Experience Team.

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders;
- Ensure all correspondence, documentation and relevant data is kept up-to-date in relevant databases;
- Maintain and update customer file notes regularly;
- Step in to cover various roles within the Customer Experience Team during times of leave or as required;
- Provide direct support to the Customer Experience Manager, coordinating meetings/events, driving improvements, supporting the delivery of team targets and the company's vision.

Desirable:

- Knowledge of the building industry;
- Customer service qualifications or training.
