We work across multiple sectors and anticipate growth across Energy, Transport, Data/Digital infrastructure and Water sectors and the WA State Government whilst maintaining our footprint in Defence. You will leverage Aurecon’s integrated service offerings to deliver transformative solutions for major infrastructure projects within these critical industries.With a focus on program and project management, this role offers regional responsibility with APAC and enterprise-wide influence, providing the opportunity to branch out beyond your immediate portfolio and contribute to the continued success of Aurecon.**Key Responsibilities:*** Provide technical expertise to deliver program delivery advisory services, contributing to regional, national and international projects, driving growth and operational excellence.* Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across geographies and markets as part of a national team, supporting project development for critical infrastructure investments, bringing together our design, engineering and advisory capabilities in the delivery of seamless client experiences.* Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, using interpersonal and influencing skills to ensure satisfaction and retention.* Originate revenue opportunities by leveraging your consulting experience and existing client networks, developing and executing business strategies to expand offerings, through trusted client relationships with major infrastructure & asset owners, operators and investors.* Transition smoothly from business development to delivery, seizing new opportunities in growth markets and extending on existing engagements.* Foster a collaborative and innovative growth culture across your local and national team.You will share our passion for reimagining challenges within the Energy, Transport, Data/Digital infrastructure, Water and Government sectors and embrace continuous learning and curiosity to help shape the future of critical infrastructure. To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:* A commercial and/or engineering background, or experience within the consulting sector, to undertake technical advisory activities which support all stages of project and program management and delivery.* A track record of commercial success, demonstrating business development and commercial acumen, with a particular focus on securing and delivering major projects across multiple markets.* Consulting experience relating to one or more of the following: comprehensive understanding of project delivery frameworks, business case development, governance structures, stakeholder engagement, and benefits realisation with proven experience across all project stages—from initial setup and definition, through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure* A growth mindset, with the ability to drive innovation and continuously improve processes and outcomes for complex infrastructure systems.* Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with experience engaging at all levels within a high-performing business, particularly with clients and stakeholder decision makers.* Demonstrated, practical industry experience and the ability to bring clients from the Energy, Transport, social and Digital infrastructure, Water or Government sectors across with you. Consulting experience across government, infrastructure, and corporate sectors is considered desirable.* Experience working in Western Australia, with a desire to contribute to regional, national and international projects.This is an opportunity for a driven, commercially focused person ready to contribute towards a dynamic practice within a growing business.
