**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a talented **Product Data Management Specialist** to be part of our emerging space and satellite communication programs portfolio, with a particular focus on supporting the JP9102 Australian Defence SATCOM campaign.. The role will be required to work in a dynamic integrated program team based either in Adelaide or Brisbane.

Data Management experience in large development programs is important; but more important to us is who you are and how you care for the people you work with. We are looking for great communicators and a focus on relationship building and collaboration across both the Boeing and supplier teams, as well as with our customer.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage programmatic and technical documentation as part of an overall project plan.
- Co-ordinate the flow of project-related data and library documentation within the Wedgetail team, and between internal and external agencies.
- Control the registration, protection, release, distribution, handling and storage of project data.
- Maintain records necessary to ensure traceability and accountability.
- Manage the control, protection and transfer of secure and export controlled data.
- Forecast and manage the contractual deliverables to ensure the project meets customer requirements.

**Experience/Qualifications**
- Hold an Australian Government security clearance, or be able to obtain a security clearance, of NV1 or higher.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a related industry
- Experience using Product Lifecycle Management systems, electronic document management systems, or similar.
- Knowledge of Defence Export Control Regulations and classified data handling and protection requirements.
