
Product Data Management Specialist

The Opportunity
We are seeking a junior Product Data Management Specialist to work as part of a dynamic, fast-paced and agile team that supports the creation and delivery of world-leading aerospace and defence products and services. This is an entry-level role, which will be based in Brisbane, Queensland. Local travel to RAAF base Amberley may be required.
**Responsibilities**:
- Data entry using a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tool.
- Administration of technical data.
- Document and data registration, protection, release, distribution, handling and storage.
- Records management for traceability and accountability.
- Assist project staff on the correct use of Data Management practices and in the use of Data Management tools.
- Assist in the development of procedures and processes.
- Effective communication with a wide range of stakeholders.
Experience/Qualifications
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in document control, preferably within a related industry.
- Familiarity with the use of a data management system is desirable.
- Applicants must be Australian Citizens and have the ability to obtain an Australian Government NV1 security clearance.
