**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and draft legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- Manage and organise complex calendars, meetings, and appointments.
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring documents are accessible and up-to-date.
- Liaise with clients and internal team members.
- Display professionalism and clear communication.
- Conduct legal research to support the team.
- Ensure compliance with billing guidelines and procedures.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary for 2+ years within the legal sector.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills are a must.
- Proficiency in legal terminology and documentation procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Tech-savvy with a familiarity with legal software and research tools.

The role offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $70,000 including a benefits package.
