**It's all about you...** This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced, self-motivated Legal Secretary to join this highly regarded, Melbourne CBD law firm who service high net worth individuals and trust estate clients. The firm has lovely offices, handy location and professional, down to earth office culture.

In this role, whilst supporting a Partner and Lawyers, you will become an integral part of their busy team, which offers a comprehensive and efficient service in the areas of:

- Guardianship
- Estate litigation & dispute resolution
- Powers of attorney
- Probate
- Succession planning
- Trusts
- Wills

**Your duties in this role will include assisting with**:

- Monthly billing
- Dictation
- File management
- Estate planning
- Preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney
- General secretarial duties
- Client liaison
- Drafting correspondence and court documentation

**Skills and experience we'd love...**
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 5 years legal secretarial experience and good knowledge of Wills & Estates and Litigation law.
