**What we are looking for**:
We are currently on the lookout for a driven graduate who is keen to undertake a Customer Service/Internal Sales role, with progression to an External Sales position. You will have an upbeat attitude to fit right into our fun and dynamic team This is a unique opportunity for someone with superb interpersonal skills and a passion for sales, looking to gain hands-on training and progress their career working with a reputable industry leader.

**Your new role**:
As a Customer Service Team Member, you will be responsible for providing efficient and exceptional customer service to our large and varied customer base. Working with some of the best in the business, you will:

- gain an intimate understanding of the business operations and industry through hands-on experience. You will be trained in our warehouse and customer service functions.
- attend a structured sales training program with your graduate co-hort and will be given time to put your skills to practice and progress to a dedicated external Sales role when you are ready.
- Be closely mentored, trained and supported in areas such as communication, negotiation skills, sales and management.

Your key responsibilities include:

- Provision of customer service, including effectively actioning customer requests and enquiries.
- Counter sales, including the promotion of an extensive and diverse product set.
- Liaising with suppliers.
- Stock control, including re-stocking shelves and packing orders.

- Customer-focused and a real team player, you are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and providing the best solutions for your customers.
- You are excellent at managing your own time and a real “self-starter”; you don’t need someone looking over your shoulder to get things done.
- Current driver's license.
- You have full Australian working rights, as sponsorship will not be offered for this role.
