**Description**:
As a Personal Support Worker, you will work hard and with empathy to complete a variety of domestic, social, respite and personal care services. But this role is much more than just a job. Every task you complete as a Support Worker helps an older person to live as independently as possible in their own homes, and you get to see firsthand the difference you are making.

We are currently seeking casual experienced Personal Care Workers who are enthusiastic and passionate about providing a caring, compassionate, respectful, and high-quality service. Our priority is to help our clients live empowered and independently in the comfort of their own homes.

We are based in Bundall, Gold Coast and we provide clients services from Pimpama, Qld to Ballina, NSW.

We are available to our clients 7 days per week, we are able to offer flexible casual rosters allowing you to work all the hours you need.
- Ability to provide companion/personal and domestic care
- A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- High level of time management and organisational ability

**Essential Requirements**:

- Certificate III in Aged Care, Community Care or Disability Care
- Satisfactory Australian National Police check
- A current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003/4) and current CPR certificate (HLTAID001.)
- NDIS Worker Screening check and Module Orientation Certificate
- Smart mobile phone with Internet access
- Open Driver's licence and your own vehicle
- Comprehensive car insurance
- Valid working rights in Australia
- Evidence of Covid-19 vaccinations
- Ability to problem-solve, think creatively, and find innovative solutions
- Understanding of professional boundaries, privacy, and confidentiality
