**What you'll need to succeed**

In this newly created role, you will work closely with the HR and Risk & Governance Team members to ensure a safe workplace and invite modern practices - predominantly around Psychosocial factors.

As a proactive safety professional, your main objectives will indeed revolve around ensuring that all reasonable steps are taken to mitigate risk in relevant processes and procedures.

Your work will focus on:

- Keeping abreast of changes in workplace legislation,
- adhering to safety practices
- reporting and compliance
- contributing to the role out of the internal wellbeing program - with a strong emphasis on Psychosocial factors
- Note: workers compensation and return to work matters will not form part of your responsibilities.
