**Join our family in this role**:
As the Buying Assistant you will assist the the Buyer in preparation of ranging and presentations for the Manchester & Bedding portfolio.

**Key responsibilities will include**
- Product registration & maintenance
- Management of the Range planners & New line order tracker.
- Daily communication & assistance of Buying team & Stores in all product-related administrative tasks & store Bulletins.
- Assisting In the creation of new season catalogues, Marketing briefs, event sheets, acquisition, management & upload of photography assets, catalogue & edm page sign offs, requisition of in store tickets & approvals
- Managing system upload of promotional pricing.
- Manage and maintain all samples for presentations, photography, and our sample room.
- Management & tracking of QA documentation
- Support the team with effective communication and acting as a contact point for both internal teams and external suppliers both local and overseas
- Develop product knowledge and understanding of the product ranges to ensure timely advice and support to relevant stakeholders.
- Produce ad hoc reporting as required using a variety of computer programs and systems.

- Strong computer literacy and Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook
