About the role:
Our Parts Interpreters provide accurate technical parts support to trade, industrial and mining customers, leveraging their expert automotive/mechanical knowledge. They assist customers with product information and advice, problem-solve, provide solutions, and use sales techniques.
Duties include:
- Interpret parts
- Process customer orders
- Efficiently dispatch products and parts
- Promote specials
- Arrange buy ins
- Process customer credits
- First point of contact for customers (in-person and over the phone)
- Contribute to a culture of safety by putting safety first
Note, this role will require lifting, bending & climbing.
Who we’re looking for:
- Parts interpreting “know how” (your technical parts knowledge)
- Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
- Confidence in sharing your ‘know how’ and ability to communicate your knowledge
- Innovative and collaborative approach to work
- Solution-focused / problem solver
- Sound computer skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment as part of a high-performing team
