Our state government client is currently seeking an experienced Human Resource Consultant

**Your new company**
Our state government client based in Perth’s Western Suburbs is currently seeking an experienced Human Resource Consultant to fill their temporary 6-month vacancy.

**Your new role**
Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing human resource consultancy, advice, and support on a wide range of people management issues
- Acting as first point of contact for HR related questions
- Providing support to employees and managers on grievances etc.
- Training and coordination
- HR policy review and development

**What you'll need to succeed**
Your previous experience in a similar role will be essential, as will:

- Preferably public sector HR experience
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Overall HR Generalist experience

**What you'll get in return**
