We are seeking a recruitment and HR support professional with experience in delivering best practice end-to-end recruitment, selection and placement outcomes, and associated HR-related tasks.

Reporting to the COO, this position will suit a well organised, experienced Recruiter or Talent Acquisition professional with HR related experience. An experienced agency Resourcer / Recruiter with a genuine interest in Engineering Recruitment and HR support are welcome to apply.

**Position duties will entail**:

- Consultation with internal Project Managers / Principals to understand project staffing needs short and long term
- Assist in the development, refinement and updating of Human Resources related policies and procedures.
- Liaise and communicate across the company, to educate and maintain best practice HR procedures and legislative compliance.
- Escalate health and safety, payroll and other related Human Resources functions when required.
- Telephone and face to face interviewing
- On-boarding of personnel via the HRIS and ensuring compliance in line with the Wave QMS, Policies and procedures

**Skills & Attributes Required**:

- Experience in a Human Resources and/or Recruitment function within Mining, Resources or Construction sectors would be highly regarded
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources - desirable
- Intermediate / Advanced MS Office skills with high accuracy
- Well-developed writing / command of the English language
- Taking pride in your work, celebrating positive outcomes, troubleshoot pressure points
