We are looking for people-oriented recruitment/sales consultants with high energy levels and a mature outlook to join our enthusiastic, positive, and effective Sunshine Coast-based team. We are Skills & Jobs Australia, and we work with people from all walks of life to assist them back into the workforce. We have a strong track record of success and proven success formula. This success has created growth and the need to expand our team further.

**About the role**

This role is about engaging with clients in our programs, building their skills and confidence, identifying their talents and assets, and then supporting and marketing them to employers to achieve a job placement. You are someone who can quickly build a positive rapport with people from a range of backgrounds. Much of your time will be spent marketing clients to employers and being a positive role model assisting them with strategies that will enable them to help themselves.

We are looking for people who:

- Are positive, energetic, and solution-focused.

Your work will take you across Sunshine Coast as you will be delivering services in client sites at various locations.

Remuneration is negotiable based on experience.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
