**About the business**

We are looking for people-oriented recruitment/sales consultants with high energy levels and a mature outlook to join our enthusiastic, positive, and effective Gold Coast-based team. We are Skills & Jobs Australia, and we work with people from all walks of life to assist them back into the workforce. We have a strong track record of success and proven success formula. This success has created growth and the need to expand our team further.

**About the role**

This role is about engaging with clients in our programs, building their skills and confidence, identifying their talents and assets, and then supporting and marketing them to employers to achieve a job placement. You are someone who can quickly build a positive rapport with people from a range of backgrounds. Much of your time will be spent marketing clients to employers and being a positive role model assisting them with strategies that will enable them to help themselves.

Your work will take you across Gold Coast as you will be delivering services in client sites at various locations.

Remuneration is negotiable based on experience.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
