**IT Event (ServiceNow) Analyst**

**Responsibilities**:

- Configure and maintain integrations between EGLs monitoring tool sets, ensuring alerts are captured and properly ingested into the ServiceNow ITOM Event Management platform.
- Customize alert thresholds and conditions to align with the organization's IT monitoring strategy.
- Analyze events by working with business stakeholders to determine their criticality and impact on IT services.
- Collaborate with IT teams to classify incidents based on incoming events.
- Review tool generated suggested playbooks with SMEs to assess their viability for acceptance.
- Develop and maintain event orchestration and automation workflows within the ServiceNow platform to streamline incident response.
- Generate reports on event management performance, trends, and areas for improvement.

**Technical requirements**:

- ServiceNow certification in ITOM Event Management.
- Proven experience in integrating and configuring SolarWinds and Dynatrace monitoring tools.
- Strong knowledge of IT event management principles, including event correlation and alert prioritization.
- Experience with event orchestration and automation development.

**Qualifications**:
**Essential**
- Servicenow ITOM Event Management certified
- Dynatrace full stack monitoring
- Worked within a similar sized enterprise in a business/customer facing role.

**Desirable**
- Service management frameworks.
