Client Success Manager, Private Events

**About this Role**:
This role plays a critical function in the ownership and delivery of ADAPT’s Private Events which consists of both virtual and in-person events. ADAPT have created market leading virtual and in-person events hosting end user c-level/executive peers and global speakers in an intimate and curated 90-minute to 2 hour session.

The role incorporates three main aspects: Event Management, Project Management & Client Management.

The role supports the Operations Director, Sales Leaders, Analysts, Marketing & Data Director in the creation, logistics and delivery of industry leading events across Australia and New Zealand. This will include internal and external stakeholder management as part of end-to-end project management and execution. The role also includes supporting the event team with the Edge event product, assisting with pre-event preparation and onsite delivery. The role requires someone who can think analytically and creatively with great interpersonal and communication skills.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**:
**Roundtable Events**
- Build consistency throughout departments before go live
- Liaise between SPS and Data team to ensure timely and efficient process execution for RT pre-production
- End to end Project Management
- Manage Internal project team
- Communicate with external clients
- Deadline management
- Onboarding of clients (new and returning) & guest speakers
- Venue sourcing, management and logistics
- Updating of internal systems/platforms including CRM Platform (HubSpot), Salesforce, Project Management Platform (ClickUp), ARC/OneDrive, Sales Pipeline
- Event document preparation, reporting and finances
- Event delivery, execution, and post event support

**Relationship Management**
- Build, maintain and strengthen ADAPT’s relationships with clients both individually and alongside the Sales Leaders.
- Invest in personal brand & skills

**Projects & Innovation**
- Proactive communication & projects updates
- See new ways to improve and innovate ADAPT

**ADAPT Edge Event Delivery**
- Support Event Team in delivery of EDGE events
- Pre event preparation
- Onsite delivery
- Bump in/out
- Event day delivery

**Analyst Support**
- Analyst Support - Calendar management
- Content collation of ADAPT Research Slide
- Logistical changes/requests from client
