Our client is is a premixed concrete, aggregates and precast company.

Due to promotions, they currently require an Administrations Person for an immediate start. This role will suit someone who can work long ours if necessary on Weekdays, be flexible and be able to drop everything that is planned and deal with more urgent requests to support the team.

- Have attention to detail
- Keep confidential information
- Good at keeping records
- Work Monday to Friday

The main Job Role will be:

- Mobilize personnel to projects
- Deal with staff and inform them of their bookings
- Arrange Site Inductions
- book medicals / Drug and Alcohol test if required
- Use SAP to raise purchase orders and goods receipts them
- Book Travel (either commercial flights or project flights and project accommodation)
- Check Rosters
- Assist other office staff
