We seek an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Supervisor to lead our sandwich hand team. As a Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality food and customer service, and maintain a clean, efficient, and friendly environment. This role is ideal for someone passionate about great food, exceptional service, and team leadership. Must be able to start work from 5:30 am

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Daily Operations**: Oversee opening and closing procedures, manage shifts, and ensure all daily tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- **Team Management**: Train, supervise, and support team members to provide excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- **Customer Service**: Address customer inquiries, handle complaints, and ensure a positive and welcoming guest experience.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure all sandwiches and menu items meet quality standards and presentation guidelines.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**: Enforce food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring a clean and sanitary environment for staff and customers.
- **Cash Handling and Reporting**: Manage daily cash handling, perform end-of-day sales reporting, and ensure accurate transactions.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in food service or retail, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve issues effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be flexible and available to start early.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
