**About the Role**:
We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee the daily operations of our cafe with a strong focus on catering. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves creating memorable experiences for customers. Starting on Permanent Casual L3 rate, with an opportunity for growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the cafe.
- Ensure the seamless execution of catering services, from preparation to delivery.
- Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages to meet our excellent standards.
- Oversee food preparation and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Train and mentor team members to maintain a high-performance culture.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering supplies.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on catering operations.
- Exceptional coffee-making skills and a passion for the craft.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- A customer-first attitude and a keen eye for detail.
- Availability to work flexible hours, to accommodate for catering/onsite functions.
