This role is focused on co-ordinating with the legal team and all franchising and leasing documentation. This opportunity will also be highly focused on compliance of all our brands and corporate entities.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Preparing and co-ordinating franchising documentation
- Ensuring compliance with Franchising Code
- Co-ordinating leasing matters and execution of AFLs and Lease
- Liaising with the business for store transitions
- Assisting in preparation of general commercial documents, supply agreements, IT Agreements, NDAs
- Assisting with LawVu (legal team platform, some coding/customisation work)
- General legal secretarial support to the Legal Team and other parts of the business as required

**The ideal person for this opportunity will be**:
Highly motivated, proactive, enthusiastic, ready to learn, show initiative, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Other skills required would be:

- Attention to detail.
- Independent thinker
- Organised
- Persistent
- Works well in a team.
- Legal Secretary background/Legal Admin background preferred.
- Experience with legal software LawVu and DocuSign highly desirable but not required.
