**Position**: NDIS Support Worker - FUN, COMPASSIONATE & ENGAGING

**Location**: Sunshine Coast, Australia

**Key Responsibilities**:
Delivering high-quality support services to NDIS participants, assisting with daily activities and promoting independence.

Building strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families, ensuring their needs and preferences are understood and respected.

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to develop and implement individualized support plans.

Documenting client progress, outcomes, and any relevant information in accordance with NDIS guidelines and organizational policies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a NDIS Support Worker **in Australia**.
- **Excellent communication skills**, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- **Empathetic, compassionate, and culturally sensitive approach to supporting individuals with disabilities**
- Relevant qualifications in disability support or a related field (Certificate III/IV in Disability, Community Services, or equivalent).
- Current Driver’s licence, working rights for Australia, Police Clearance documentation, Current First Aid/CPR certificate and valid Working with Children Check.
- Strong understanding of the NDIS framework, principles, and guidelines.

Pay: $34.00 - $47.16 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Australia (required)
