We are currently looking for a new Support Worker to join our team supporting a lady in her mid-30’s living in the Chermside area. The person we are looking for is empathetic, considerate, engaging, and able to connect and build rapport easily. You will be able to perform under pressure and keep a clear head whilst dealing with the regular challenges of emotional instability. You will have worked with Positive Behaviour Support Plans and understand the importance of data recording and daily reporting. With support from your Team Leader, this position will offer 20 hours per week and will entail two Active/Awake shifts per week (8pm to 4am) and a half day for community access.
