Shifts are 1 to 3 hours long per client, support several clients per day

Support Worker Co is a Support Worker Agency that provides Support Workers to Home & Aged Care Providers.
Joining our team as a
**Domestic Assistant and/or Home Care Worker** some of the key aspects of your role are:
- Support elderly people living in their own private home
- Provide support services including domestic assistance and personal care
- Transportation
- Providing companionship and social support
**What we can offer you**:
- Weekday work, shifts generally start from 9am until 4pm - no overnight shifts
- We managed your schedules live which means no timesheets required and accurate weekly pay
- Easy to use app - which allows you to view & accept shifts, complete reports/documents & update your availability
- You are supported throughout your journey ensuring you make a real difference
- Refer & Earn Incentive - $150 for each successful person you refer (conditions apply)
- Supportive rostering team which is contactable 24/7
- Employee Assistance program to support you throughout your journey
**What you need**:
- A current driver's licence
- A reliable motor vehicle with comprehensive insurance to transport clients in
- First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR Certificate
- National Police Check (obtained within the last 6 months)
- Certificate III Home Care or relevant qualification (preferred but not mandatory)
- Reliable smart phone with data
