**Duties**
Duties are to be performed under broad direction and in accordance with the APS Code of Conduct, upholding the APS Values and upholding the office values of independence, impartiality, integrity, accessibility and professionalism.
You will:
- Arrange Restorative Engagement conferences by preparing and liaising with stakeholders ensuring they have appropriate, accurate and up-to-date information.
- Analyse information and identify potential risks to case manage participant's engagement in the program.
- Manage data collection and record keeping of all interactions and communications while adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures.
- Track and monitor progress of the Restorative Engagement Conference, assisting with complications that arise in the delivery of the program, ensuring clear and accurate information is advised for quick problem resolution.
- Review sensitive and confronting material and provide support to colleagues to ensure staff wellbeing is maintained
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to recognise the audience and adjust their communication accordingly, recognising that some people they are dealing with have experienced trauma.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement, set priorities and meet set timeframes, and
- Proven ability to manage a case load which includes complex issues, and achieve results, both individually and as part of a team.
The initial contract term would be till end of February with potential for extension.
