As they embark on this new venture, we're seeking a Senior Property Manager/BDM eager to spearhead the Property Management Department's growth.

**About Us**: Our client boasts a stellar reputation for the best results in sales and leasing of commercial properties, focussing on retail, office and industrial asset classes. With a vision for expansion, they are venturing into property management, starting with the appointment of a Senior Property Manager who will evolve into a Team Leader. This individual will pioneer the department, crafting strategies, and managing portfolios while nurturing a team.

**The Role**: We're in search of a Senior Property Manager ready to build and oversee a new Property Management Department. This will be suit someone with strong property management experience, a deep understanding of QLD legislation, and the ability to establish procedures from scratch. Your responsibilities will evolve with the growth of the rent roll, culminating in team management.

**This full-time position offers Monday to Friday: Key responsibilities include**:

- Developing strategies, policies, and procedures in compliance with legislation
- Converting leads into new managements
- Comprehensive property portfolio management
- Trust accounting, including month-end processes
- Maintaining landlord and tenant relations with exceptional service
- Mentoring and growing a team
- Closing HOT leads from the Sales Department

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience as a Senior Property Manager
- Proficiency in trust accounting
- Thorough knowledge of QLD legislation
- Preferably a full real estate license or certificate of registration
- Ideal knowledge using Cirrus8 or Released software
