Smarter Connections provide in-home care and supports to those who need it most. We support people from all walks of life, for all sorts of reasons, and we work to create a safe and better life for everyone.

In this role you are required to work independently, in a client's home. Some duties include:

- Personal care tasks
- Assisting with hygiene tasks, dressing and grooming
- Meal preparation
- Assisting clients to access the community
- Social supports and respite
- Light household tasks, as required

You will need:

- Cert III in Disability, Aging Support, Individual Support or equivalent
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence and ability to travel independently
- Current First Aid Certificate with CPR
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC)

COVID-19 considerations:
Employees are expected to wear appropriate PPE (supplied by Smarter Connections). All employees must be vaccinated against COVID-19.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $33.00 - $41.00 per hour
