We seek qualified **Disability Support Workers** to assist us with the **Sleepover** shifts.

Your primary role will be providing **individual support to our NDIS participants** within our participants. We are looking for people who share our core values of customer focus, Courage, Authenticity, Accountability, Respect, and Passion.

**Requirements**:

- A genuine willingness and ability to show compassion towards NDIS participants
- Minimum of Certificate III in Individual support, Disability support, Aged Care, Ageing Support
- A current driver’s licence & passport / visa
- Current First Aid Certificate including CPR
- Relevant, professional and industry related reference checks

**The following will be viewed favourably**:

- Experience working with people with disability who may have challenging behaviours and Behaviour Support Plans
- Ability to work on weekends

- Be enthusiastic and passionate about empowering people with disabilities to live great lives, the way they choose and putting the people we support first as they have a right to live a great life
- Show attention to detail and keep accurate records and case notes
- Provide ideas about how we can improve our support services
